On Cloud Nine

Unable To Contain Happiness In Heart - Well, there are certain sentences I can best convey in Hindi. And it comes out really awkward if I try to put the same in English. As evident from the heading here, I just tried to translate a one liner from an old hindi song - Roop Tera Aisa.

Anyhow, this is so deep and literally so enriching. Hence, I am going to put the lyrics of the whole song herein -

Haaregaa jab koi baaji, tabhi to hogi kisi kaa jit
Dost yahin duniyaa ki rit, tumhen mubaarak man kaa mit

Rup teraa aisaa darpan men naa samaaye
Khushbu tere tan ki madhuban men naa samaaye
Ho mujhe khushi mili itani ke man men naa samaaye
Palak bnd kar luan, kahin chhalak hi naa jaaye

Mujhe naa mili jo wo khushi tu ne paai
Ai dost mubaarak ho tujhe pyaar ki shahanaai
Dua mere dil ki daaman men naa samaaye
Tujhe pyaar mile itanaa jiwan men naa samaaye

Mit meraa chhin liyaa tu ne chhab dikhaake
Sadaa use rakhanaa palakon pe tu bithhaa ke
Itanaa sukh denaa, jiwan men naa samaaye
Yuan ras barasaanaa, aangan men naa samaaye

Currently, I am in the mode wherein I am listening to the song again and again for that one line - Ho mujhe khushi mili itani ke man men naa samaaye.

Any simili? How easily my babies manage to do it. Awww ...
